The location is perfect if you prefer a quiet atmosphere, set back from the road and surrounded by fields. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-equipped shared bathrooms. The highlight was the large, beautifully decorated bathroom. The peacefulness of the property, with no city or traffic noise, ensured a restful stay. The vintage/cottage feel of the house added charm, and the large yard provided ample space to relax and enjoy the scenery. Anita's warm and friendly nature made us feel like part of the family.

Our stay at the Green Gable Home was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and taken care of by the host, Anita. She provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the surrounding area of PEI, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The location of the house was perfect for those seeking a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, surrounded by picturesque fields. Our room was comfortable and immaculately clean, and the shared bathrooms were well-equipped with plenty of linens. The highlight for us was the spacious and beautifully decorated large bathroom. We especially loved the lovely setting in the calm countryside, offering a view of the sea. Despite being in the country, we did encounter a few bugs outside, but that was to be expected. our experience at the Green Gable Home was amazing and highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely old home with plenty of interesting touches. The gabled ceilings gave the rooms a spacious feel, and the antiques added character. Each floor had a full bathroom, with the downstairs one being huge and extravagant, even equipped with laundry facilities. Although there was no formal breakfast, there were supplies available for hot drinks and snacks. The host was friendly and caring, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The picturesque area and proximity to Summerside were added bonuses. I highly recommend this exceptional place.

I found it easily with Google Maps. Though there wasn't a kitchenette, Anita provided fresh fruit and coffee, and even brought us homemade banana bread. The only improvement I could suggest is having a fan in each room for the summer. I recommend this lovely retreat.
